Needs Assessment
Before jumping into site-creation, we will assess your company's overall website objectives. In order to determine the most effective approach for developing your online presence, we will walk you through the planning process, encouraging you to consider many important e-commerce issues like :

• Achievement from your online presence
• How would you like the company to be represented online
• Your target audience and what is the most effective means of reaching them
• What are our competitors doing online and what can we do better?
• Ensuring clarity and effectiveness of your site navigational cues

Designing
We submit to the client a draft of the site template, available online or through email. After this we talk extensively with the client about their likes and dislikes of the template and the workflow, deciding what to change and what to leave. During this stage, nothing is final until the client says it is.

Content
Once the site template is completed, the page begins to take shape. Text, pictures, forms, validations, downloadable files and many other items are added during this stage. We keep the client in a state of constant awareness on their site's status, allowing them to see their page at virtually any point. At the end of this stage, the site will be complete.

Delivery
Working with the client, we make sure that all information is correct and up-to-date. The site is then placed online and registered with all of the major search engines depending your needs. The relationship with our clients does not end there, however. We are always available for site updates and maintenance as well as seasonal re-designs.

Maintenance Assessment
After your site has been launched, whether you choose to maintain your site in-house or hire us to maintain it, we will guide you in performing periodic evaluations in an effort to keep a fresh presence. It is important to update links, remove outdated text, add new promotions, and occasionally redesign your site to keep users coming back.
